My name is Lizzy. I have been teaching adult swim lessons in the Palm Beach area since 2006 (though my parents opened their swim school in 1998).

I specialize in helping folks overcome fear of water, build water confidence, learn to breath comfortable whilst swimming, and refine their strokes for recreational or lap-swimming.

Adult swim lessons are available virtually – by phone, FaceTime, or Google Meet, or in-person in West Palm Beach.
